Thousand Island Dressing Recipe

Servings: Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (e.g., Duke's Mayo)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons ketchup (e.g., Heinz)
- 2 tablespoons relish
- 2 tablespoons red onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Stir until well blended.
- Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate for 1-2 weeks.
Notes
- The dressing is ready to use immediately but tastes even better after resting overnight in the refrigerator.
- Perfect as a salad dressing, sandwich spread, or dip.
